Motorists will benefit from slight decreases in the prices of gasoline and diesel when they fill up at the pumps on Thursday, June 14.
According to the latest pricing released by the state-owned oil refinery Petrojam on Wednesday, the price for 87 and 90 octane gasoline is down $0.21 and will now sell for $132.12 and $134.96 per litre respectively.
At the same time, automotive diesel fuel is down $0.16 and will be sold for $130.15 per litre, while ultra-low sulphur diesel will sell for $135.02 per litre, following a decrease of $0.09.
Meanwhile, kerosene increased by $0.18 and will be sold for $112.93 per litre. Propane liquid petroleum will be sold for $48.29 per litre, down by $0.20 while butane liquid petroleum will be sold for $53.13 per litre after an increase of $1.27.
Marketing companies and retailers will add their respective mark-up to these prices.
