Fourth straight week of fuel price reductions

For a fourth successive week, there will be reductions in the prices of all petroleum products supplied by the state-owned oil refinery, Petrojam.

According to the latest pricings that have been released, effective Thursday, 87 and 90-octane gasoline will sell for $133.48 and $136.32 per litre respectively, following a decrease of $2.47 each.

At the same time, automotive diesel oil is down $1.84, and will now sell for $141.87 per litre, while ultra-low sulphur diesel will sell for $146.30 per litre, down $1.92.

Additionally, Petrojam has announced that the price of kerosene is down $2.08, and will be sold for $120.83 per litre.

Propane liquid petroleum is down $1.56 per litre to $50.76, while butane liquid petroleum will be sold for $57.74 per litre after a decrease of $0.27.

The marketing companies will add their respective margins to the Petrojam prices.
