A former Kingston College standout athlete faces three counts of felony invasion of privacy charges in the United States for allegedly recording people having intercourse without their knowledge.

Xavier Boland, an accomplished pole vaulter at Lindenwood University in Missouri and a former Carifta and Boys' Champs gold medalist, has been accused of secretly videotaping his roommate having sex with a woman before assaulting and threatening the female that he would post the video on social media.

The police were reportedly alerted by the woman and a search of Boland's phone allegedly revealed other videos of sexual encounters.

“Most likely he either set up a camera in the room or he filmed from outside the room through a window,” prosecuting attorney, Tim Lohmar, reportedly told Fox News.

According to court documents, Boland's roommate and the woman were both unaware of the recording.

Investigators said Boland admitted to recording the videos without approval but denied sexually assaulting the complainant.

The circumstances behind the other recordings allegedly found on Boland's phone have not been revealed.

Boland faces up to four years in prison, if convicted.

He's reportedly in the US on a student visa.
