As such, JMMB decided to create a space where investment enthusiasts, who have an understanding of the fundamentals of investing, can come together to share insights gain practical pointers and delve deeper into the topic, in a relaxed environment, while also benefitting from the knowledge of more seasoned investors, Stimpson said.

This fireside chat will be followed on Saturday, January 18, by pre-event workshops and the main financial empowerment event, featuring Steven Bartlett, CEO of Social Chain, international speaker, content creator and a digital media guru, as the keynote speaker; alongside Rochelle Cameron, attorney-at-law, people developer and motivational speaker.

Registration

Admission to the JMMB Elevate event series is free but interested persons are required to register online here or via JMMB’s social media channels, on January 8 at 5 pm, for general admission.

Early registration is encouraged as spaces are very limited. Giving insight into the registration process, Stimpson outlined: “Individuals are invited to complete a short, online quiz, which is aimed at helping them to begin the process of introspection about their financial goals; identify any financial gaps; and be intentional about their goal achievement.”

Persons may register for either day one – the fireside chat session - and/or day two, the financial empowerment main stage. Admission to the respective bonus pre-workshops will see JMMB issuing e-tickets to registrants, based on the most suitable event to assist them to achieve their goals.
