The new showroom is the first of many innovative efforts in the pipeline that will revolutionize the Jamaican auto customer experience starting with sales, but ultimately permeating to all aspects of the company.

In keeping with the global visual standard of the Nissan Retail Concept, the location boasts a clean, futuristic and innovative design ensuring the optimal customer experience.

“We are the first Nissan dealership in the Caribbean and Latin America to be 100 per cent compliant Nissan global standards, hence we are now the maximal standard, for all other Nissan dealerships in the region,” added Webster.

Regional General Manager for Fidelity Motors, Nicholas Mackie said after searching far and wide, the company decided that an empty lot across the street from its head office at Hanover Street was the best option. A year later, the showroom is complete and ready to show off the spanking new vehicles.

“We searched all over Jamaica and could not find somewhere suitable then it dawned on us to look at abandoned premises next door,” Mackie said.
