In Di Booth: The development of a demo

Jamaica is inundated with young musical talent, who record great compositions daily which oftentimes the general public never gets to hear.

This week's edition of In Di Booth introduces aspiring St Andrew-based singer ID and takes you behind the scenes of the beginning of the young artiste's journey to what he calls his international Caribbean sound.

It will highlight elements of the musical process including the fact that an artiste and other members of the production team do not have to be at the same place at the same time for the dream to come to reality. Horns men based in both Jamaica (The Gayle brothers and Scottie) and in Miami (Devon "Bulby" Campbell) placed their musical creativity on the track.

Watch as Loop Jamaica's video editor Shawn Barnes gives you a sneak peek of the production process.
