Decomposed bodies of two women found in separate incidents
The bodies of two women were discovered in separate incidents in Clarendon and St Catherine on Thursday.
One of the deceased has been identified as Shaeda McKenzie of Mitchell Town in Clarendon.
Reports from the police are that about 10.30 am, residents stumbled upon McKenzie's body along a section of the Dawkins Pen main road in Clarendon.
The police were alerted and on their arrival, the body was seen in an advanced state of decomposition.
McKenzie had been reported missing since last Saturday.
Meanwhile, approximately half an hour later in St Catherine, a female's body was discovered nude and also in an advanced state of decomposition.
The woman remains unidentified.
The body was found at about 11am at Marina Road in Portmore in the parish.
Post-mortem examinations are to be conducted on both bodies to determine the causes of the deaths.
