Champion trainer Wayne DaCosta saddles two winners on the 10-race card at Caymanas Park on Saturday, September 7, 2019.

CRYPTOCURRENCY charged home under Oneil Mullings to catch PRINCE CHARLES  inside the last half-furlong of Saturday's ninth event at Caymanas Park, a restricted stakes at five and a half furlongs.

PRINCE CHARLES took over the lead from ROJORN DI PILOT and MYSTIC MAMA entering the straight and appeared well set to land the event.

CRYPTOCURRENCY who had tracked the speedsters from along the rail, travelling strongly into the lane, was briefly boxed in but soon found space to run at PRINCE CHARLES and won going away, by three and a quarter lengths, in a time of 1:06.4, scoring at odds of 6-1.

Champion trainer Wayne DaCosta shared honours with Carl Anderson, logging two winners apiece. Anderson won back-to-back races, the second and third, with 23-1 outsider, RUNDAZZLE, and STALLWALKIN'GIRL, a 5-1 shot.

DaCosta, who started the day $17m behind trainers' standings leader, Anthony Nunes, struck in the fourth with MADAM SECRETARY and returned to close the 10-race card by saddling the first two past the post, RUN THATCHER RUN, who caught stablemate MR UNIVERSE, a half-furlong out, going five and a half furlongs.

Racing continues on Wednesday.
