Coronavirus: Health Ministry urges funeral attendees to come forward

The Ministry of Health and Wellness is asking all persons who attended the funeral service and/or the burial of the late Gloria Clarke on Saturday, March 7, to make contact with the ministry.

In a release, the ministry said the first patient who tested positive for COVID-19 in Jamaica attended the funeral, and as a result, they are trying to locate individuals who were also there as a precautionary measure.

The interment following the funeral was at Meadowrest Memorial Gardens.

The Health Ministry said those who attended either ceremonies are being asked to make contact by calling any of the following numbers:
