Cops seek help to identify body found in Union Gardens, St Andrew

The Hunts Bay Police are seeking the public's help to identify the body of a man that was found in St Andrew.

The grisly discovery was made on Hopewell Avenue in Union Gardens on Thursday, September 6.

The dead man is believed to have been in is 30s and is of dark complexion, medium build, and about 177 centimetres (5 feet 8 inches) tall.

The body had a low-cut hairstyle and was clad in a grey Polo shirt and red and white American Eagle underpants. He was barefoot.

The body also has two tattoos - both of a cross - one on the right inner arm and the other on the right shoulder. The word ‘Brianna’ was also tattooed on the left forearm.

Reports from the Hunt’s Bay Police are that about 10:00 p.m., residents discovered the body along the roadway and summoned them. The body was found with multiple gunshot wounds to the head and was removed to the morgue after the processing of the crime scene.
