Cops search for five of Clarendon's most wanted

Investigators in Clarendon are searching for five males who are wanted for murders, shootings and other violent crimes within the division.

The police in a release said the following individuals are urged to turn themselves in by midday on Wednesday, October 9.

  • Steve Francis, 36, of Sunset Crescent in Four Paths, Clarendon. He is wanted in connection with the murder of a woman and the assault of two children.
  • Zemar Nelson, 23, otherwise called ‘Terminator Boy’ of Effortville, Clarendon. He is wanted in connection with the murder of a teenaged boy and the shooting of another male.
  • Romaine Murray, 17, of Comfort district, Clarendon. He is wanted in connection with the shooting of two males in the parish. He frequents Bucknor, Comfort, Milk River, Osbourne Store and Four Paths in Clarendon. No photo of Murray was provided by the police.
  • Fitzroy Coore, 23, otherwise called ‘Bees’, of Farm in Clarendon. He is wanted in connection with double murder and the wounding of a child.
  • Leon Rose, 25, otherwise called ‘Hitler’ of Effortville, Clarendon. He is wanted in connection with the murder of three males and the wounding of a child.

Anyone knowing the whereabouts of these men is being asked to contact the May Pen Criminal Investigation Branch at 876-986-2208 or 876-832-2077, Crime Stop at 311, Police 119 emergency number or the nearest Police Station.

Meanwhile, lawmen are reminding the public that the pervasive presence of criminals can harm their communities and persons found harbouring them will face the full extent of the law, as it is an offence.
