Boyfriend reportedly leads cops to woman’s body in shallow grave

A woman from St Catherine, who was reported missing on Monday, was found buried in a shallow grave in St Thomas a day later, after her boyfriend reportedly confessed to killing her and led the police to the grave.

The deceased is 36-year old Latisha Bravo, otherwise called ‘Keisha’, who is a storekeeper of Linstead in St Catherine.

The police reported that Bravo visited her boyfriend in Duhaney Pen, St Thomas on Sunday.

The two reportedly had a dispute the following morning, during which it is believed that Bravo was strangled to death.

It is believed that the boyfriend hid her body under a bed and went to work.

That evening he allegedly took the body to the seaside in Duhaney Pen, and buried it.

Later the same night, the St Thomas police received information that Bravo had been reported missing.

Her boyfriend was subsequently taken into custody, and allegedly confessed to the killing.

The police reported that he led them to the shallow grave, from which the body was recovered.
