Bike rider dies from crash in Clarendon

A motorcyclist was killed in a vehicular crash on the Osborne Store main road in Clarendon on Friday, January 31.

He has been identified as 24-year-old Andrew Small of Howell’s Content, York Town in Clarendon.

Reports are that about 7am, Small was driving an Eagle motorcycle in a westerly direction along the roadway, when he reportedly lost control of the bike, which crashed into a Nissan Latio motorcar that was travelling in the opposite direction.

Small sustained multiple injuries and was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The driver of the Nissan motorcar was warned for prosecution.

The investigation continues into the incident.
