Bar dispute leads to St Elizabeth man's death

As violence, including killings, continue to plague sections of St Elizabeth, police investigators were called to the scene of another fatality in the parish on Thursday night.

A patron at a bar in the community of Mountainside was stabbed to death by a man during a dispute.

The deceased man has been identified as 28-year-old Mickhail Blake of Mountainside.

Police reports are that about 7:15 p.m., Blake was among a group of patrons at a bar in his community, when an argument developed between him and another man.

During the fuss, a knife was reportedly used by the man to stab Blake multiple times.

The attacker then fled the scene.

The police were alerted and Blake was assisted to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

A manhunt has since been launched by investigators for the alleged attacker, who remains on the run.
