The autopsy report on the body of 10-year-old Rajun Brown has confirmed that drowning was the cause of his death. The post-mortem was conducted on Monday.

Brown’s body was found in a bauxite pond close to his home in Water Valley, St Ann on January 30.

A search party found the body after Brown, a grade four student of Retirement Primary School in St Ann, failed to return home.

Residents of Alexandria and surrounding areas protested after Brown’s body was found, claiming the pond wasn't properly fenced or secured at the time of the incident.
