Ascot Primary thanks CIBC for donating photocopier

As simple as it may look, an efficient, functioning photocopier is essential to the smooth operation of an enterprise.

No less so at a small school where student activities, lesson plans, notices, invoices and receipts are among the critical documents copied on a recurring basis.

No wonder why the administration of the Ascot Basic School in Portmore, St. Catherine has given an “A” to CIBC FirstCaribbean International Bank following their presentation of a photocopier to the school this week.

According to Cereeta McFarlane-Richards, Acting Principal, “the bank’s contribution will help the 20-year old institution to provide a developmentally appropriate teaching and learning environment that will support the community.”

Renee Whitehorne, Marketing Manager, noted that “CIBC FirstCaribbean International Bank is pleased to again provide resources for the school which is part of the community served by the Portmore branch of the bank.”
