Seventeen facilities across the South East Regional Health Authority (SERHA) received facelifts on Labour Day.

The scope of works included painting, gardening and minor repairs. The work was executed by both staff and volunteers.

Among the facilities under SERHA which benefited was the Cumberland Health Centre, which was selected as one of two national Labour Day projects. Work included renovations to the bathrooms and waiting areas as well as the general beautification of the areas surrounding the building.
